    Caroline is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who specializes in working with children and preteens ages 4-14. Caroline has extensive clinical experience with play therapy and is fully credentialed as a Registered Play Therapist (RPT). She also has years of experience working as a school counselor and therefore has a unique understanding of the challenges that your child may be facing within their school environment. Additionally, Caroline has a passion for working with parents and strives to support families through education. Caroline offers parent coaching and is also trained in Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) which focuses on helping families understand attachment styles and repair attachment ruptures.     Ariana is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who works with individuals across the lifespan. As a Registered Play Therapist (RPT) she has extensive clinical experience and specialty training working with children ages 3-12. She also enjoys working with parents and younger children together within a process called Filial Therapy, emphasizing the child-parent relationship as the primary agent of change. Additionally, Ariana incorporates Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) within her work with children, adolescents, and adults. EMDR is an evidence-based approach that facilitates the letting go of painful emotions and promotes new, more adaptive beliefs about the self - particularly in the aftermath of trauma.     Jessie is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC Associate), supervised by Brittany Jones, LPC-S, RPT-S. She specializes in supporting children and teens aged 5-18, offering child-centered play therapy and more directive approaches for adolescents. Her work is grounded in a collaborative and relational framework, creating a compassionate and authentic environment for young clients to explore and understand their emotions. With prior experience providing community-based, intensive, trauma-informed services to at-risk children, Jessie understands the importance of creating safe, supportive environments. She embraces a neurodiversity-affirming perspective, helping children navigate a world that may not always recognize their unique experiences or needs. Jessie is committed to uncovering and celebrating the strengths in each child's individuality.

    Elizabeth is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC Associate), supervised by Melissa Fleming, LPC-S, RPT-S, CCST-T. She was drawn to the field of counseling due to her personal experience with grief at a young age. She works with individuals throughout the lifespan, but especially enjoys working with children. She offers child-centered play therapy and a more directive approach using expressive arts techniques for older children. Her work is centered around the therapeutic relationship and the idea that the client is the expert in their own life. Elizabeth has prior experience working in schools, residential treatment, and nonprofit settings.
